From the blowing up of the Nord Stream 1 pipeline in 2022 to a series of recent attacks on power and telecoms cables in the Baltic Sea and off Taiwan, the number of incidents of undersea sabotage is on the rise.
DW Business speaks to Elisabeth Braw, Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council and the author of an upcoming book titled "The Undersea War," about why this is happening and who could be responsible.
