The dilemma of the day is to get the balance right and reach a compromise. Failing to agree on the important points now could eventually lead to you going your separate ways. Make your decisions and don't delay the inevitable as time spent dithering over what to do will be emotionally exhausting and very time consuming.

Gemini (May22/June21) You might want to assess a possible new home is a suitable place to live before getting excited about it. First impressions may have been positive but now you're more aware of the downside. If you have any doubts, this is the moment to pull out while you can still do something about it. You may agree it is time to find an alternative home but if you aren't happy about one you've recently been considering, it would be foolish to take the transaction any further.

Your general feeling is you've got a lot less than expected for your money. If you're happy with past decisions and you've done everything with the best of intentions, don't let them pull you down. Although it could cause serious damage to your relationship it may be necessary to leave it to a third party to settle the issue. Someone's trying to blame a recent misunderstanding on anyone but themselves; don't let them get away with it.

If past experience has proved someone can't be trusted, why be a fool to yourself and put your trust in them today? If you make threats, don't back down at the last moment. It was always going to be tough and there's still work to be done but pledges are made that will make it easier for you in the future. What's most apparent today is an unusual degree of cheerfulness allied with practicality and efficiency. This makes for a positive contribution to a group endeavour and a fantastic individual performance.

You could for instance apply them for the benefit of other people as well as the enjoyment you've always got out of them.
