Inbox - 3rd phishing attempt in 48 hours from h r m @ e s - t r a b a j o w u g . c o m

Yesterday rtve 1 the Spanish national television reported that the police are being successful in capturing the Nigerian mafia, resident in Spain., Which are behind the Lottery Win and the benificiary of an inheritance scam letters, both online and is also being sent to us by post. It was also mentioned that they are behind the job scam (published below), which are phishing attempts to steal your identity. This is the 3rd Phishing attempt that I have received from this source in 48 hours.

Hola! Estas buscando un sobresueldo? Estoy trabajando ya durante 2 meses en las horas libres del trabajo principal a favor de una compania grande. En el mes pasado he cobrado 2.150 euros. Ellos siguen buscando colaboradores. Si necesitas un trabajo adicional, envia su breve resumen (nombre, apellidos, pais de residencia, ciudad, edad, telefono de contacto) a la direccion:

All I can tell you is that these nigerian scams are older than Russian/ucranian scams. It is done in internet cafes mostly in Lagos Nigeria. It has lots of variation including lottery, romance, refugees, abandoned funds, etc. It usually comes with an unsolcited email. one of these frauds is known as the 419 fraud among many names. Some these scams originated in the early 1990 before internet was not that popular.
