Happy Christmas
Hi Everyone, this is just to wish you a Very Happy Christmas and I am really sorry that I have not had time to keep up this blog during the course of the year. It wasn´t until I Googled "john nichols formula 3" that I realized that this blog was coming up most times on the first page, so my New Years Resolution will be to try and keep it updated
