If you receive more that one, with the same content, but different sender forward them all to the NFA as this improves the anti-fraud agency chance to track the scammer(s) down.  It has all the elements of the Russian Mafia Boris scam but Nigerians are copying them and visiting Ukrainian scam sites and probably using the letter templates of those on their victims as well.
