The mother of a British man who tried to kill US Presidential hopeful Donald Trump fears her son will take his own life if he ends up having to serve a sentence in America. Michael Sanford from Surrey is due to appear in court today to enter a plea against charges of disrupting an official function and illegal firearm possession. The 20-year-old, who has a history of autism and mental health problems, was arrested last month, when he allegedly attempted to grab a police officer's gun to shoot Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Las Vegas.
