CFCL Prospectus 2011
CFCL on Friday lodged a Prospectus for a non-renounceable rights issue to raise a maximum of $21.7 million through the issue of 201,446,710 ordinary shares at 10.8 cents each. CFCL shareholders with registered addresses in Australia and New Zealand will be entitled to participate in the rights issue.
