http://www.euronews.net/ An Irish-Canadian flotilla bound for Hamas-ruled Gaza in a bid to break the Israeli blockade and deliver aid is reportedly close to its destination.
The vessels left Turkey earlier this week but given the sensitive nature of the operation, the organisers were silent about their departure.
According to the pro-Palestinian International Solidarity Movement (ISM) the vessels are carrying aid and medical supplies and are expected to reach their destination during Friday. It is believed the Israeli navy has already made contact with the flotilla.
