Russia yesterday - Pleasure Boat River Volga Tragedy: Over 100 people missing as pleasure cruiser sinks in Russia

Tragedy in central Russia tonight - as more than a hundred people who on a river cruise in central Russia are feared to have drowned. Their boat sank on the River Volga in Tatarstan in just 3 minutes, with nearly 200 people on board. Some of those who were rescued and taken to a nearby ship have reached Kazan, clearly distressed at their ordeal. It's understood the boat sank within 3 minutes of getting into difficulty. Tonight, divers are battling in the dark waters of the Volga to find the many who have not yet been found. Sarah Firth is following developments for RT.
