It's time to acknowledge the only way you'll resolve one especially tricky matter is by standing up to somebody who's a bully. You've tried to satisfy this particular individual, but nothing's worked. That's because you still haven't acknowledged the only thing that has an effect is a simple, head on, confrontation.
