"Guilty of Romance" trailer - in UK Cinemas Friday 30th September 2011 - Starring: Miki Mizuno, Makoto Togashi, Megumi Kagurazaka, Cynthia Cheston, Motoki Fukami

Uploaded by on Sep 19, 2011
A dramatic account of three women and their lives, seen through the looking glass of sex, words, madness, death, and family, Guilty of Romance — the new crime noir from the award-winning director Sion Sono (Love Exposure, Cold Fish) — tells the tale of three women entangled in a mystery...a mystery that is the gate to a hell-bound love like no other!

Set just before the turn of the 21st century, a grisly murder occurs in Maruyama-cho, Shibuya — a love hotel district — a woman was found dead in a derelict apartment in the pouring rain. Whilst the police investigate, the story interweaves with that of Izumi, the wife of a famous romantic novelist whose life seems just a daily repetition without romance. One day, to break away from the loveless monotony, she decides to follow her desires and accepts a job as a naked model faking sex in front of the camera. Soon she meets with a mentor and starts selling her body to strangers, whilst at home she hides behind the facade that she is still the wife she is supposed to be.

Bombarding the audience with graphic images and assaulting the emotions with classical music, Sion Sono has produced a movie that provokes all your senses, blending genres of film noir with drama and mystery, and showcasing the directors trademark style and use of vivid colour to portray emotion and mood, Guilty of Romance is the final and most exhilarating part of Sono's "hate" trilogy.

EUREKA ENTERTAINMENT will be distributing Guilty of Romance in the UK & Eire which is set for release on 30 September 2011 in cinemas nationwide. The film opens at the ICA London, IFI Dublin, Showroom Sheffield, Watershed Bristol, QFT Belfast and will premiere at the Cambridge Film Festival. See Box Office for details. DVD and Blu-ray to be released on 28 November 2011

Lyrics of Shera Di Khom

Yeah we were always told growing up
We have to strive to be the best
Always strive to success and 2nd place is not an option
That's what we were told
So no matter what came up in my life, I got through it
That was my motivation
Now nothing can stop us
We will never lose, never fear, overcome all and persevere
Be the best and we down to show it any place anything, we will overthrow it
We will never lose, never fear, overcome all and persevere
Be the best and we down to show it

At the top, never come down
Shera di khom Punjabi
Made it now, take a look around
Shera di khom Punjabi
At the top, never come down
Shera di khom Punjabi
Made it now, take a look around

Jit jaayiye kade na haare, jung vich jad jaande saare
Jit jaayiye kade na haare, jung vich jad jaande saare
Dushman te painde bhaare, khedan jad khed Punjabi

At the top, never come down, shera di khom Punjabi
Made it now, take a look around, shera di khom Punjabi

At the top and I'll never come down
Always stay focused super star bound
Always look the dopest, never got weak
Head to the sky but my ear to the street
Foot on the gas, hands on the wheel
Get on my lap b'coz I'm going for the kill
Drink for the nerves, smoke for the stress
But death to the haters and hell with the rest
I don't pay my dues, make my moves
Blow a hundred thousand, walk a day in my shoes
Long time coming, long time gone
10 years been but I'm 10 men strong
Never gave up, I just won't lose
So many hits but I just won't bruise
Rappers just dying I put them out the misery
This Ludacris and I came to make history

Jitiye jad baazi laayiye
Aisi assi khed dikhaayiye
Jitiye jad baazi laayiye, aisi assi khed dikhaayiye
Singh'an di shaan vadhaayiye, khedan jad khed Punjabi

At the top, never come down, shera di khom Punjabi
Made it now, take a look around, shera di khom Punjabi ..
Shera di khom Punjabi ..

.
Aries (Mar21/Apr20) Why let the thoughtless comments of an insensitive or ill informed person get to you and overtake your attitude? If you feel good about your choices and decisions then you don't have to answer to them. You're angry with someone for having jumped to the wrong conclusions and you are hurt that they are questioning your motives. You could deliberately ignore them and make their life miserable or you might restore the balance of your relationship with a heart to heart chat.
 .
Taurus (Apr21/May21) You need plenty of patience, confidence and a strong voice to get others to take notice of you today. Physical energy is also important which is why it's essential that you care for your health. The best way to get fit is to follow a sensible exercise and diet regime. Steer clear of crash diets and start on a keep fit course if you don't already exercise regularly. Exercise will help burn off any tension caused by people who are either ignoring you or not listening to a word you say!
 .
Gemini (May22/June21) You still have a lot to learn about someone who has only recently started opening up to you. You can sense it when they're being hesitant or cagey even if they insist they're being honest about their feelings. Whether dealing with a foreigner, youngster or someone with communication problems, you may have to rely on your intuition to fill in the gaps. A solution to joint problems could arrive, provided you are both serious about acquiring the facts you need.
.
Cancer (June22/July23) You have some very good reasons why you want to keep your light under a bushel. There are plenty of people around who are singing your praises so why ruin the effect by joining in? In an interview, test or official meeting, keep your comments short and simple and leave it to others who know you well to applaud your abilities. Pour your energy into a creative project and the fruits of your labour could open up new career possibilities.
 .
Leo (July24/Aug23) Not everyone is ready to hear the message you want to get across. Communications are tense these days as you have noticed the flaws in a special plan or scheme and no-one else wants to know! A colleague, friend or neighbour is likely to shock you by their sheer audacity but you won't give up. Let others see how bold you can be when you feel strongly about something. Keep your chin up, despite the stirring situation around you.
 .
Virgo (Aug24/Sept23) A sudden revelation will help you unlearn misconceptions that have been stopping you moving forward. Someone has been pulling the wool over your eyes and you aren't happy with yourself for having put your trust in the wrong person. A map will do you no good if you don't know where you are and you're starting to realise you have veered well off the path that would have taken you to a personal goal. With a better idea on the place you are now at, you can work out the best way to get back on track.
 .
Libra (Sept24/Oct23) An unexpected setback stops you doing what you want; prepare to make alternative arrangements. Better still, have a contingency plan just in case things go wrong! The more flexible you are, the easier it will be to get around any problems facing you. A lack of criticism from those in positions of power will give you the courage to follow through with your plans and new ideas. The difference between whether a situation turns out how you want it to be or how others want it to be lies in your ability to take the initiative.
 .
Scorpio (Oct24/Nov22) Providing you don't over commit yourself, do whatever makes you happiest now. New doors are opening; step inside and you will be given an opportunity to pursue a personal aim. This will mean spending a lot of time on your own in the future. Despite experiencing some intense pressure or criticism, find the courage to carry on regardless. The support of family or friends who understand your motivations will also help keep you going from strength to strength.
 .
Sagittarius (Nov23/Dec21) Start solving a problem by firstly deciding what you would not do. This will instantly rule out a number of possibilities! Jumping in with available solutions without thinking it through could make the situation worse. Dissect the problem bit by bit and slowly you will come up with a practical and workable resolution. If you have links with people who are experienced in areas that are causing you difficulty, it'll be worth the effort to win their help and cooperation.
 .
Capricorn (Dec22/Jan20) How you respond to a delicate question or comment is more important than what you are really thinking. It pays to keep your thoughts to yourself. In emotional situations, kind words, gentle reasoning and a sensitive response can make a difference between whether a person feels reassured or undermined. It has taken some time to understand someone you're currently dealing with but now you feel tuned into their wavelength.
 .
Aquarius (Jan21/Feb19) Constructing a long term plan is essential if you want to feel as if you're making progress in life. Make a list of your priorities then think about what steps you might take to bring these about. Once you get control over your everyday situation you will find it easier to meet bigger goals. If you let life take you where it will, you aren't in charge of your destiny. It is up to you to decide on how to respond to the challenges life throws your way if you are to get what you need and what you want out of the future.
 .
Pisces (Feb20/Mar20) Don't grumble about your situation even if you feel hard done by. It might seem, these days, as if those who get the best opportunities are the ones who have friends in high places. Clearly it isn't what but who they know that's helping them along! You aren't in the mood to let life lead you and you're now ready to take the initiative. Even so, it's important that you wait for the right time to do so. You will get your chance very soon.

Libra - Daily stars for today 27 September 2011 - www.shelleyvonstrunckel.com

Yet again it would appear that you've focused far too much on what others want and need and not enough on your own requirements. And more importantly, the time has come to consider whether in looking after the interests of certain individuals, you're compromising your own. While acknowledging this isn't easy, it's essential. .
