NASA scientists have discovered an Earth-like planet 600 light years away. It is thought to be about 2.4 times the size of Earth

http://www.euronews.net/ NASA scientists have discovered an Earth-like planet 600 light years away. It is thought to be about 2.4 times the size of Earth. The so-called "Kepler 22-b" orbits in the habitable zone above a star similar to our sun. The planet has been named after the Kepler deep space telescope which spotted it.
